What is your role in the event?

What type of event is it?

Make sure you select the event type or service that most closely matches your event. If you don't find an exact match, go for a broader term. For example, if you're hosting a Quilt Show, you can select Trade Show or Convention. If you select an event type or service that doesn't match, the policy will not provide coverage for your event. For example, if you are having a Rock Concert you will not be covered by a Wedding policy.

Total days of coverage you need

Combined Daily Attendance

Attendees Per Day X Number of Days

Combined Daily Attendance is the number of people at your event. If you aren't sure, your most educated guess is acceptable. If your event is over multiple days, add up the attendance for each of those days.

For Vendors, put the total number of people you'll come in contact with. ie - if you are a caterer at a wedding, how many people will you be serving. If you have a booth at a festival, put the estimated number of people you expect to have contact with at your booth. Not the total attendance of the festival.

In what state is your event?

If your events are happening in multiple states, please select the address of the first date of coverage. You'll enter the locations a bit later in the application process.
